With Paint Shop Pro having the price/performance advantage if you don’t already have Photo Shop But Adobe Photoshop and Corel Paint Shop Pro are worth the investment. If you are ultra-cheap, use the open source GIMP.

I was looking for some new images for our web page and all of the plots I had were pretty much screen grabs.
